Parking & Accessibility

There is reserved parking for Smile Town Dentistry patients in the underground parkade, with access off Beresford Street. Ample and convenient street parking is also available.

At Smile Town Burnaby, we accept the following methods of payment:

Insurance

Our office will submit dental claims to your insurance company on your behalf.

We provide a service to our patients in accepting payment directly from insurance companies, but please be aware that you are ultimately responsible for paying any amount still owing before you leave the office after your child's appointment.

Every insurance plan has different yearly maximums, fee guides, limits and rules.

Be sure that you fully understand the details of your plan, because if the claim is denied for any reason, you will be responsible for the total amount.

Appointments & Cancellations

To book an appointment for your child at Smile Town Dentistry, feel free to get in touch via phone or email, any time!

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and on select Saturdays. Please call our office for details.

We know that things can get busy, and that sometimes, appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. I

f you must cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, we ask that you give us a call to let us know no less that 1 business day (24 hours) before the appointment was to take place.

At that time, we'll cancel your appointment, or reschedule it for a more convenient time.
